Our league software is billed monthly and calculated every month based on the number of active teams. A team is considered active if it belongs to an active season and inactive if the season is over.
Here's a scenario:
- If you start using the system on August 25th, your billing cycle will be every 25th of the month. However, if your season starts on October 5th and finishes on December 20th then you will be charged on October 25th, November 25th and December 25th.
- If you have 10 teams playing within this 3-month season: You will be charged $4.90 + taxes per active team per month so $49.00 per month for 3 consecutive months. The other 9 months will be free of charge, but the system remains fully available if you want to prepare your website, talk to previously registered teams, etc.
You have to set up your credit card once you have access to your administration panel. Billing and payments are automated and the invoices are sent every month.
