It's easy to create a private event on HC for just you and your team, friends, co-workers, etc. Here's how.
- Go to the 'Events' tab.
- Click the blue calendar icon to create a new event. On desktop, this is in the top-right corner. On the app, it’s in the bottom-right corner.
- Fill out your event information, then click 'Add More Details'.
- Scroll to the bottom and toggle ON 'Private event'.
- Once all your details are complete, hit 'Create'.
Your newly created event is now private, and only visible to people with the link or those that you invite through HC.
If you'd like to change your event from private to public, just go to the event page. Click the three dots in the top right and click 'Edit event'. Click 'Add More Details', scroll to the bottom, and toggle OFF 'Private event'. The event will now be visible to everyone on Hockey Community.
