How to invite spares to a game

Everyone that is a full-time player on your team automatically gets added to the game roster. To prevent spares from being invited to games where they are not needed, spares do not automatically get added to the game roster.

To get spares in the game, the captain just has to hit the ‘Invite Players’ button. The displayed popup will show all the current spares on the roster. The captain can then invite the desired spares, with the option to invite all spares from the roster.

Other players can also be invited from this popup and will automatically be added to the team as a spare for future reference.

There are four categories on the game roster:

• Awaiting Approval: Spares that have indicated that they’re available to play, but have yet to be added to the game by the captain
• In The Game: Full-time players that have indicated that they’re in, plus spares that have been added to the game
• Pending Reply: Players that have yet to indicate whether they can play or not
• Can’t Make It: Players that aren’t available for the game
